Both the C & D are as good as A & B! Very nicely maintained fairways & decent greens and it's eaiser to play as well without those massive & deep bunkers, one can save many strokes. The blue tee is only a modreate 6,358 yards with a couple of short reachable par 4 (#1 & 4), the big & long hitter can go for an eagle putt.
