This massive resort has a 27 holes golf course plus entertainment such as safari, water world, cowboy town....etc all within 1 single development, so it is ideal for all of us to spend few days together & have a good time : )

The resort is near Meleka & about 1 hour & 10 minutes from Kuala Lumpur international airport.

The club is right next to the hotel with all the normal facilities such as cafe、locker and proshop, the service of the staff is OK but on the slow side.

It's been awarded one of the top ten in Malaysia, it consists of three 9 holes, they are Rocky, Palm course & Crocodile Course, the designer has made this resort style golf course amateur friendly but still very interesting to play for lower handicappers as every hole plays differently, some are uphill, downhill and some challenging doglegs.

Most Malaysian golf course do not provide caddies but this course has some Indonesian, the one I had was quite good, good knowledge of the course, speaks good English & lots of smiles.

As mentioned, this is one massive resort with almost everything in it, you can easily spend days with your family in it without going out. The hotel has been renovated recently, though not deluxe, the atmosphere is relaxing. The new standard room are much much better than before. But I would suggest to upgrade to their apartment unit, if you have a large family, a villa is a good choice too. Eagle, 8/06

For the die harder golfer, if 27 holes at A'famosa is not enough, you can play another three 27 holes courses, they are Tiara Melaka Golf & Country Club, Ayer Keroh Country Club & Orna Golf and Country Club which are about 35 minutes drive away.
